62% Viognier, 38% Chenin Blanc. This wine is incredibly complex and multilayered. On the nose, green apple, pear and quince as well as caramel, all carrying through to the palate. The palate also shows tropical fruit, dried pears. Maturation for 10 months in 3rd fill French oak barrels adds complexity and an additional dimension. Long lingering finish.
