Terms and Conditions

Reservations & Minimum Stay

• A minimum stay of two (2) nights applies to all bookings, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment, as communicated at the time of booking.

Payment Policy

• A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• The balance of payment must be settled prior to arrival or on arrival, as specified in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund (excluding admin fees, if applicable).
• 30 days before arrival: 50% of total booking fee.
• Less than 7 days before arrival / No-show: 100% of total booking fee.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 15:00 (or as arranged)
• Check-out: By 11:00

Late arrivals or departures must be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

Damages, Losses & Injuries

• Guests stay at their own risk.
• Jacaranda Wine- and Guest Cottages cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries sustained while on the property.
• Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
• Please do not leave valuables in your car.

Pool Use

• Use of the pool is entirely at your own risk.
• The pool is intended for swimmers only.
• Water depth: between 1.50m to 1.70 m.
• The pool area is neither secured nor monitored.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

Pets Policy

• Unfortunately, no pets are allowed on the farm.

House Rules

• Please respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during evenings.
• No smoking inside the cottages.
• Guests are expected to take care of the property and leave it in a reasonable condition.

Right of Admission

• Jacaranda Wine- and Guest Cottages reserves the right to refuse admission or request guests to vacate the premises if these terms are not adhered to.

Indemnity

• By accepting these terms, guests indemnify Jacaranda Wine- and Guest Cottages, its owners, and staff against any claims arising from injury, loss, or damage sustained during their stay.
